By accessing grizzli.app or joining the Grizzli waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or submit your information.

The waitlist

The waitlist is a way to express interest in Grizzli before it launches. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or any particular feature set. We reserve the right to modify plans, pricing, and availability at any time.

What you agree to

• Provide accurate information (a real phone number that belongs to you)
• Receive a one-time SMS notification when Grizzli launches
• Not use the site for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

All content on grizzli.app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Grizzli and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

No warranty

Grizzli.app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the site will be available at all times or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grizzli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information provided.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Grizzli operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
