By accessing grizzli.app, joining the Grizzli waitlist, or using the Grizzli app, you agree to these terms. If you are part of an early access program and signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement applies in addition to these terms and takes priority if they conflict.
Grizzli is an AI assistant for contractors. It helps you create quotes, schedule jobs, send invoices, and reply to your clients by text or phone. Grizzli drafts and suggests; you review and approve. You are responsible for the business decisions you make and for the messages and documents you approve and send.
The waitlist is a way to express interest in Grizzli before it launches. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or any particular feature set. We reserve the right to modify plans, pricing, and availability at any time.
Paid plans are billed as shown at signup. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues to the end of the period you paid for. If prices change, we will give you at least 30 days notice.
You confirm you are allowed to store your clients' information in Grizzli. We process it as your service provider: only to provide the service to you, with appropriate safeguards, and we delete it when you delete your account or ask us to. We do not use your clients' personal information to train AI models for other customers. You remain responsible for your own obligations to your clients under Canadian privacy law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
When Grizzli's assistant texts or answers calls for you, it identifies itself as your business's automated assistant, identifies your business in every message, and honors STOP requests as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You agree not to use Grizzli to send spam or to contact people who have not contacted your business or consented to hear from it.
All content on grizzli.app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Grizzli and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Grizzli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be available at all times or free of errors. AI generated content can contain mistakes: always review quotes, invoices, and messages before relying on them or sending them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grizzli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
